With the legislative session quickly wisping away, Republicans have crafted the sixth - and most likely the last - tax plan to be considered this year.
Negotiators from the House and Senate convened Tuesday afternoon where they generally agreed on a tax plan that is about the same as the one that Democratic Gov. Laura Kelly vetoed but wasn't overridden on Monday.
But within two hours of the conference committee meeting . . .
