However, we want our new website to be enjoyable for everyone. We set out the rules for our website in the following section. They explain what you can expect from our website, detailing everything from online conduct to subscriptions to refunds and to copyrights. They also explain what is acceptable engagement in debating the issues or our times.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the service offered by sunflowerstatejournal.com are billed at the time you sign up for a yearly subscription. Billing cycles will be set on an annual basis. At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or it’s canceled by Sunflowerstatejournal.com. You may cancel your subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Sunflowerstatejournal.com in writing at bradc25@sunflowerstatejournal.com

 

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide Sunflowerstatejournal.com with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Sunflowerstatejournal.com to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

 

Refund policy

Once a Sunflowerstatejournal.com membership has been purchased, it is good for one year from the date of purchase. Users may cancel their subscription in writing to bradc25@sunflowerstatejournal.com.

Refunds will be provided, on a pro-rata basis, only where a user has less than six months of their annual subscription remaining.  Sunflowerstatejournal.com reserves the right to keep at least six months of the annual subscription fee for administration and other costs.

 

Free Trial

Sunflowerstatejournal.com, may, at its sole discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time. You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for a two-week free trial. If you enter your billing information when signing up for the free trial, you will not be charged by Sunflowerstatejournal.com until the free trial has expired. On the last day of the free trial period, unless you canceled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable fees for your annual subscription. At any time and without notice, Sunflowerstatejournal.com reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the free-trial offer or cancel such free-trial offer.

 

 

Fee Changes

The annual subscription to the Sunflower State Journal is $160.

Sunflowerstatejournal.com, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. Sunflowerstatejournal.com will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the service after the subscription fee starts constitutes your agreement to pay the modified subscription fee amount.

 

Conduct

Sunflowerstatejournal.com loves a civil and compelling debate. However, there are limits in order to keep Sunflowerstatejournal.com a welcome website for everyone. Users are barred from interfering in someone else’s right to use and enjoy the website.  Sunflowerstatejournal.com is authorized to monitor online behavior and enforce the terms of service. Users are barred from acting in the following ways:
