Abortion providers are challenging a new Kansas law requiring clinics to ask women about why they are seeking an abortion.
As first reported last week by the Sunflower State Journal, lawyers for two clinics followed through with plans to file a motion seeking to amend their lawsuit challenging the Women’s Right to Know law, which puts in place various restrictions on abortion.
