Gov. Laura Kelly on Tuesday named the city of Topeka's team lead for its homeless initiative as the new executive director of the Kansas Hispanic and Latino American Affairs Commission.
Kelly named Irma Faudoa to oversee the agency, which serves as an intermediary between the Hispanic and Latino community and the governor's office. In 2024, the office had a budget of about $157,500.
