State Sen. Dennis Pyle prevailed at the Kansas Supreme Court on Friday, winning a property dispute that will allow him to access his land across a neighbor's property.
The court ruled in the senator's favor, ending a long-standing boundary disagreement between Pyle and a neighbor over whether he could access his property across the neighbor’s land.
