The Kansas Senate on Thursday unanimously approved a new way to make it tougher for anyone in Kansas under 18 to view pornography with a new age-verification requirement.
The Senate will send to the House legislation similar to what eight other states have enacted since 2022 and are now being considered in more than a dozen others.
