After a nice holiday respite, we're back with the Sunday Reader as we get ready to hunker down at our Ramada digs on Monday for our annual winter stay. We hear they are providing shower curtains and two pillows this year. So that's good to know. Let's waste little time and get started with the significant stories we published during an abbreviated holiday week and other news you may have missed but need to know.
