A group of state Capitol protesters plans to challenge a judge's ruling that seriously questioned their claims that statehouse rules violated their free speech rights.
The American Civil Liberties Union has filed a notice to appeal Judge Holly Teeter's ruling on behalf of Jonathan Cole, Katie Sullivan, and Nathaniel Faflick. The case will now go to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals short of any negotiated resolution.
