Good morning everyone:
Well, that was another wild week at the Kansas Legislature.
We saw the state Senate reject Gov. Laura Kelly's nominee for the Court of Appeals that she withdrew but it turns out she really couldn't withdraw.
She then made a new judicial appointment that she already had made but couldn't make until her first withdrawn appointment was officially rejected. Make sense? Probably not.
