Secretary of Commerce David Toland on Friday reshuffled his staff as part of restructuring at the agency.
Toland named Alicia Janesko Hutchings as manager of business recruitment. He also moved Chang Lu from international trade representative to project manager of South-Central states business recruitment based in Springfield, Mo.
Hutchings will oversee all business recruitment and international trade for the Department of Commerce. The position has been vacant at the department for nearly four years.
In addition to her new responsibilities, Hutchings will continue working on recruitment projects . . .
