Good morning everyone:
Happy holiday weekend to everyone. The news pickings were kind of slim this week as everyone is hunkering down for the next four weeks as we head into the Aug. 2 primary. Mrs. SSJ and I did get some time to see “Romeo and Juliet” at the Heart of America Shakespeare Festival at Kansas City's Southmoreland Park. It's been two years since they've put on a play, and it was nice to spend a comfortable summer evening relaxing with friends and without worrying much about what news we were missing.
