If you thought the debate over medical marijuana in the Legislature was over for the year, think again.
When lawmakers return to the Capitol on April 26, the state Senate will take up a motion by Republican state Sen. Rob Olson to pull a bill out of committee legalizing medical marijuana.
Olson, who is serving out his last term in the Senate, made the motion to withdraw the bill from committee as the Legislature's regular session wound down last week.
