(Updated to include comment from Masterson spokesman)
A Senate clerk has tested positive for COVID-19 amid growing concerns that the Legislature might not be able to finish its work this year if there is an outbreak of the virus.
Senate President Ty Masterson's office sent out a memo early Monday evening alerting senators of the positive test and that roll call would not be taken in the Senate on Tuesday.
All senators will be marked present.
All senators were urged not to come to the Senate floor Tuesday, and the chamber will meet in a pro forma session . . .
