As President Joe Biden's administration rewrites a rule for protecting the country's streams and waterways, U.S. Rep. Tracey Mann is pushing legislation that would give agriculture more say in how water is regulated nationally.

Mann, along with Republican Indiana Congressman Rudy Yakym, has introduced a bill that creates a special advisory committee within the U.S. Department of Agriculture that would give more say to farmers and ranchers over how waters of the United State are regulated.
