Republican U.S. Senate candidate Kris Kobach on Tuesday launched a new statewide television ad campaign featuring President Donald Trump.
The Kobach campaign says it is spending $50,000 on cable and satellite broadcasts on the campaign, which emphasizes the candidate's relationship with the president.
Trump has figured prominently in the Republican U.S. Senate primary, similar to the 2018 governor's race when the president's tweet backing Kobach was credited with tipping the primary in his favor.
