UPDATED: Governor limits religious gatherings

With Easter and Passover approaching, Gov. Laura Kelly on Tuesday signed an executive order limiting religious gatherings and funerals to 10 or fewer people.

"This was a difficult decision and could not come at a more disappointing time," Kelly said Tuesday.

"Holy week is underway and with Kansas rapidly approaching its projected peak infection rate in the coming weeks, the risk for a spike in COVID-19 cases . . .
