Claims for unemployment continued flooding the Kansas Labor Department although they fell nearly 10% from a week earlier.
The agency reports that 50,345 claims were filed for the week ending April 4, down from 55,428, or 9.2%, the week before, a new report shows.
The numbers were still up almost 3,500% from a year earlier, and more than double what they were . . .
