Kansas and seven other states lost their lawsuit challenging President Joe Biden's plan to forgive student loan debt after a federal judge ruled they couldn't show harm.
U.S. District Judge Daniel Crabtree ruled that Kansas, Alabama, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, Nebraska and Utah didn't have legal standing to bring the case.
