The Kansas Chamber of Commerce on Friday unveiled its legislative endorsements for the general election.
It had already endorsed Republican Attorney General Derek Schmidt for governor.
Here are the endorsements for contested general election races for the Kansas House.
House District 1
Endorsed candidate: Rep. Michael Houser, Columbus, Republican
Democratic challenger: Paul Rogers, Columbus
House District 6
Endorsed candidate: Rep. Samantha Poetter Parshall, Republican, Paola
Democratic challenger: Nina Fricke, Bucyrus
House District 8
Endorsed candidate: Rep. Chris Croft, Overland Park, Republican
