The battle for House District 16 shifted again Friday when Democrat Linda Featherston took a one-vote lead over Republican Rashard Young.
Johnson County election officials report that Featherston now leads Young 6,906-6,905.
Featherston gained the lead when she picked up three votes while Young gained one as advanced mail-in ballots were tabulated.
