The Kansas Supreme Court has denied Attorney General Derek Schmidt's request to delay revisiting its landmark ruling that found the right to an abortion is embedded in the Kansas Constitution.
Chief Justice Marla Luckert issued a one-page ruling the day before Thanksgiving denying Schmidt's request without further explanation.
