Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach has invalidated a western Kansas school district's successful election for a bond issue because of a quirk that prevented notice of the election from being posted on a county website.
Kobach is refusing to allow Greeley County Schools to use the proceeds from a $4.6 million bond issue that voters approved on May 21.
