Aetna is taking four state agencies to court seeking records related to the bidding of the contracts for administering the state's $4 billion Medicaid program.
Aetna, which lost the Medicaid contract after tying for third place, has sued the Department of Administration, the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services as well as the governor's office.
