An Overland Park nonprofit group that came under campaign finance scrutiny two years ago has filed a lawsuit challenging how the state defines political action committee.
Back in 2022, state ethics officials found that a group of neighbors called Fresh Vision OP was a political action committee and needed to disclose where it gets its funding.
