A committee that will help oversee a new program for Kansas entrepreneurs to test novel business ideas in a setting where rules and regulations are temporarily or permanently waived has come together.
Attorney General Kris Kobach announced the members of a special 11-member panel that will advise what is known as a regulatory “sandbox” program where particular rules and regulations are relaxed or amended in order to promote business innovation.
