No Labels Party litigation heads to Kansas Supreme Court

The legal dispute over whether the No Labels Party exists is headed to the Kansas Supreme Court.

Political consultant Kris Van Meteren and former state Republican Party Chair David Miller are asking the court to decide whether Secretary of State Scott Schwab could independently invalidate the No Labels Party amid accusations of a fraudulent attempt to hijack the party that was originally created for a national presidential candidate.
