Kansas Education Commissioner Randy Watson related how he told his cousins from California how they should worry more about Indians "raiding the town" than Kansas tornadoes at a virtual education conference this month.
"I have cousins from California. They were petrified of tornados," Watson said in a video made public under the state open records law.
