Senate President Susan Wagle on Wednesday removed fellow Republican Sen. Barbara Bollier from a leadership position after she backed two Democratic candidates for office.
Wagle pulled Bollier from her vice chairmanship of the Senate Public Health and Welfare Committee after the Mission Hills Republican announced she was backing Tom Niermann in the Democratic primary for the 3rd Congressional District.
