Value Them Both launches new radio campaign


The campaign backing a constitutional amendment on abortion placed its first ad buy on Tuesday with the election a little more than two months out.

The Value Them Both Association placed a new radio flight from June 1 through June 7 worth $23,300, according to a national advertising tracking firm.

It brings the amount spent on broadcast so far by supporters of the amendment to about $400,000. Opponents of the amendment have not purchased broadcast time yet.

The number reported Tuesday is a snapshot at best but provides an early glimpse of how the abortion campaign is starting . . .
