The Kansas Supreme Court on Friday will decide whether it will reverse its historic 2019 ruling that found the state constitution protected the right to an abortion.
The court announced Wednesday that it will reveal its ruling in the case, which was argued in March 2023. The decision is due to be released at 9:30 a.m. Friday.
The court also will rule in a separate appeal of a SSJ
