A second Republican is jumping in the race for Kansas national committeewoman to fill the seat that Kim Borchers will be leaving next year.
Rochelle Tocchini, who ran unsuccessfully for the Kansas House in 2018, is competing against Republican Party 3rd District Chair Wendy Bingesser for the position. Tocchini lost the GOP primary for House District 27 against Rep. Sean Tarwater of Stilwell.
