Second person charged with fraudulently collecting signatures for No Labels

A second person has been arrested for reportedly fraudulently collecting signatures in a petition drive to get the No Labels movement qualified as a political party in Kansas, the Kansas attorney general announced Tuesday.

Nebraska authorities arrested Jamie Johnson, 47, of Dade City, Florida, on May 29 for allegedly forging signatures on petitions to make "No Labels" an officially recognized political party in Kansas, the attorney general's office said.

"As attorney general, I am determined to prosecute election fraud to the fullest extent of the law," Attorney General Kris Kobach said in a statement.
