The U.S. Senate on Thursday night confirmed Olathe attorney Ryan Kriegshauser as the top federal prosecutor in Kansas.
The Senate voted 53-43 to confirm President Donald Trump's nominee as the U.S. attorney for Kansas.
Kriegshauser's nomination was included in a bloc of nominees confirmed Thursday by the Senate. He had the support of both Kansas senators.
