The National Rifle Association's political arm on Tuesday announced its endorsements for the upcoming primary elections on Aug. 6.
The NRA issued endorsements for federal and state races, including former Attorney General Derek Schmidt over Jeff Kahrs and Shawn Tiffany in the Republican primary for the 2nd District congressional seat.
The endorsements in this story are only for contested primary election races. The general election endorsements will be published later.
