U.S. Sen. Jerry Moran is not pursuing a state political action committee after all.
Almost two weeks after Moran revealed plans to start a state PAC, his staff now says there are no plans to move ahead with one.
Alex Richard, Moran's state director, said Tuesday that the senator can make the same level of investment in state races with the senator's Free State PAC.
