Lawrence attorney Chris Mann, the Democratic candidate for attorney general, has raised about $1.35 million, more than double what Republican incumbent Kris Kobach has raised so far.
Mann reported taking in about $786,500 this year, bringing to $1.3 million the amount he's raised so far. He has about $642,000 in cash on hand going into the general election.
