A McPherson retailer and other hemp stakeholders are challenging a raid carried out by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation, which targeted vape shops and CBD dispensaries that it said were selling illegal marijuana products.
The owner of The Hanging Leaf that was raided in October and "others similarly situated" filed a lawsuit in McPherson County District Court arguing that the state law governing the regulation of THC-infused products is unconstitutionally vague.
