Authorities arrested Democratic state Rep. Aaron Coleman over the weekend on suspicion of driving under the influence in Douglas County, jail records show.

It would be at least the third time that Coleman has faced criminal charges, including once as a 14-year-old.

Democratic Gov. Laura Kelly called for him to resign immediately.

Aaron Bailey Coleman, 21, was booked at the Douglas County Jail at 1 a.m. Saturday morning on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
