Former Secretary of State Kris Kobach is slightly leading political newcomer Chris Mann in the race for Kansas attorney general.
A new survey out from Emerson College Polling and The Hill showed Kobach leading Mann 41% to 39%, very similar to results that Kobach's internal polling showed months ago.
The undecideds were at 16%.
The margin of error in the survey is plus or minus three percentage points.
