The Kansas House on Thursday set the stage for making another run at getting voters to approve a constitutional amendment giving lawmakers the power to revoke or suspend rules imposed by the executive branch.
The House voted 86-37 to approve a constitutional amendment similar to one that Kansas voters opposed in 2022. The amendment goes to the Senate.
