The Kansas Republican Party on Wednesday filed a complaint against the Democratic challenger to Republican U.S. Rep. Ron Estes, accusing her of using resources from a civic group she founded to boost her congressional campaign.
The complaint filed with the Federal Election Commission accuses Katy Tyndell of using an email list and other assets from Leading Kansas to help her campaign against Estes in the 4th Congressional District.
