Leslie Kaufman is stepping down as vice president of government relations and legal counsel for the Kansas Electric Cooperatives at the end of the month.
The board of the Iowa Association of Electric Cooperatives on Monday named Kaufman as its next executive vice president and general manager.
Kaufman replaces current Executive Vice President and General Manager Chuck Soderberg, who is retiring Aug. 1.
