The campaigns centered on a constitutional amendment calling for the election of justices to the Kansas Supreme Court have raised more than $12 million in a generational primary vote that could reshape jurisprudence in Kansas.
Five major groups on both sides of the amendment have reported raising $12.5 million in cash for 2025 and 2026. .
