The campaigns centered on a constitutional amendment calling for the election of justices to the Kansas Supreme Court have raised at least roughly $12 million in a generational primary vote that could reshape jurisprudence in Kansas.
Five major groups on both sides of the amendment have reported raising $11.76 million for 2025 and 2026. But that doesn't give a full picture because there are groups not required to report their contributions that are spending on the campaign.
