Former lawmaker – now running again – helps fund Kansas PAC with Montana business

Former Democratic state Rep. Jason Probst - now running again for the House - is helping to fund a Kansas political action committee from a business set up in Montana, records show.

State records show that Probst is listed as a member of a limited liability company in Kalispell, Montana called Hutch Matters, which has donated to a Kansas PAC that sent out text messages opposing Republican incumbent Kyler Sweely in the 102nd House District.
