UPDATED: Judges file lawsuit against Legislature over pay

Six trial judges are asking the Kansas Supreme Court to order the Kansas Legislature to potentially put millions of dollars more funding into judicial salaries.

The judges, along with an administrative assistant, filed a lawsuit on Friday directly with the state's highest court.
