The Johnson County Bar Association on Wednesday released the results of its evaluations of the Supreme Court justices who are up for retention during this fall's general election.
The bar association emailed surveys to 3,818 lawyers with registered offices in Johnson County and 504 surveys were returned.
This quantity was above the number needed to achieve a 95% confidence level with a 5% margin of error.
The number of responses for the Supreme Court justices ranged from 14 to 23 depending on the jurist.
The Johnson County Bar Association also rated the Johnson County judges and state appeals . . .
