Ahead of tonight's big reveal, here's a look at the most significant House races to keep an eye on as the evening unfolds.

There are 86 Republicans in the House and 39 Democrats.

If Democrats can pick up three seats, they can break up the supermajority, which only grew after 2020 despite an aggressive effort by the Democrats.

In short, Republicans are defending 41 seats in the House while the Democrats are playing defense in 18 districts.
