Governor signs bills imposing electric vehicle fees, expanding tolling, authorizing corporate medicine

Gov. Laura Kelly signed 11 more bills Thursday, including legislation that could put more money into programs that help children and families.

She also signed bills that impose new fees for electric vehicles, raise fees for oversized loads and potentially expand tolling.

She also signed another piece of legislation authorizing certain businesses to hire doctors and authorizes pharmacists to give injections under certain situations.

The governor has now signed 53 bills this year, with one veto of the tax bill. Here's a roundup of what she signed Thursday:
