Federal judge limits election plaintiff’s ability to bring lawsuits


A federal judge is restricting the ability of a former U.S. Senate candidate to bring lawsuits against state and federal officials after she whipped up a conspiracy tale suggesting that election results were rigged to benefit U.S. Sen. Jerry Moran.

U.S. District Judge Daniel Crabtree threw out a lawsuit brought by Joan Farr, who accused the secretary of state of conspiring with Moran to ensure that an algorithm was used . . .
