Just how much extra should you pay for customer service?
It's a question members of the 911 Coordinating Council are asking as they consider renewing a contract for a service executive who serves as an intermediary between the system managers and AT&T, the company contracted to run the system.
The contract for the service manager - employed by AT&T - is set to increase by about 30% when, or if, it's renewed before it expires in mid-September.
